ABC spins climate debate against realists

The “debate” over global warming, (it’s hard to call it a debate when one side is constantly shut down), took a new turn on the ABC’s 7.30 Report last night.

Political editor Chris Uhlmann referred to climate realists in the Coalition as “paleo-Liberals”.

Get it. Anyone who challenges the notion of man-made global warming is a dinosaur.

It used to be that the left was always criticising John Howard for not allowing debate and free speech.

But it is actually the left, especially journalists and the so-called intelligentsia and socio-political elite, who want to shut down debate and restrict free speech when it comes to global warming.

The name calling, the “you don’t care about the planet” bullying and stereotyping of climate realists as dinosaurs and members of the Flat Earth Society is typical of the left’s disdain for true debate.
